A new residence on a previously undeveloped infill lot in a newer coastal community. The Clients wanted a home with multiple areas for outdoor living while incorporating memories of the home they grew up in. The home includes various configurations of open courtyards and covered patios while leaving a large rear yard for the pool and play space for the kids. The interior spaces focus views and flow out into these outdoor places. The second floor master suite takes advantange of its location for privacy from the street while opening up to the distant ocean view.
