Brookside is a master planned community in Escondido, California by a regional developer. In a unique public/private partnership, within the community the developer built a golf course that is now run by the city. Our team provided the facilities for the golf course, as well as the guard stations for the residential neighborhoods. The Clubhouse includes a pro shop, offices and a restaurant.
