This project consists of a 37 unit infill small-lot single-family neighborhood, and a commercial mixed use component consisting of two commercial buildings wrapped around a 200 year old oak tree. The larger commercial mixed use building includes 7 residential affordable units over commercial retail space. The oak tree and adjacent park separate the commercial from the residential neighborhood and maintain views of the surrounding hillsides from the highway.
