RiverPark is a 700 acre smart growth master planned community. At buildout it can include 2800 residences, 2.4 million square feet of retail, a hotel, ten parks, three schools and a fire station. Our team was chosen as the Town Planner/Architect to verify that all projects, including infrastructure and landscaping, conform to the intent and goals of the RiverPark Specific Plan. We coordinate with all of the stakeholder groups from the individual developers and their consultants to city staff, elected officials and the public.
