The Clients use the home as a coastal meeting place for their extended family and grandchildren. Situated on three contiguous sloping small urban lots, it was formerly a ranch house that had been insensitively remodeled multiple times over the years. Restrictions required us to remain within the existing footprint and height. With interior designer Pamela Galloway, the home was completely remodeled and reconfigured to create spaces comfortable for a couple of occupants or twenty. The home was featured in the November 2006 issue of Architectural Digest.
