This project is a 27,000 square foot medical office building in a transitional area. It was the first project proposed under the City's design guidelines for this prominent thoroughfare. The building is pushed to the front of the lot and recesses floor to floor to reduce the apparent height of the three stories. The desire was a building that had a high level of detail, was LEED certified, yet cost effective to build. At the entitlement hearings, we were asked to provide alternative design styles as the building would set a precedence for development of the area.
