This 2400 square foot home replaces a post-WWII tract house in Westchester for two sisters. Careful attention was paid to breaking the scale of the home down and maintaining the existing garage and setbacks. A small eliptical entry leads to larger public spaces that flow to the rear of the house and yard. The kitchen allows for multiple cooks, and although the home is relatively small, the Clients have entertained groups of up to fifty. The upper floor contains dual master bedrooms.
