We are a full service architecture and community planning firm established in 1988. We are located in Ventura County, California with projects throughout the western United States. We currently hold architect licenses in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas.

We are a dedicated team of professionals. The members of our firm have diverse backgrounds from the design, construction, and related fields. Our academic experience is local, national and international. Our direct involvement in the construction industry dates back to 1976, and for some of us, multiple generations.

Our experience ranges from small individual buildings to master planned communities. We have worked from the design side, the developer side, and the jurisdictional side. Combined with our past construction experience, we bring a unique skillset to a project. This diverse skills provide opportunity for creative solutions. We don't just look at a project as architects. We are option explorers and resolution finders.

As a small regional firm, we can be responsive. With strategic alliances, we are capable of handling larger complex projects. At either scale, the service is personalized, focused on the needs of Client and Project.
