Village at the Park is a master planned community by a national homebuilder. Our team was chosen with MJS Landscape Architects to provide the community facilities for the entire site. Recreation buildings were placed within each neighborhood, and a larger community building complex was located in a central park. The community building included a large gathering space, an office, kitchen, gym, and an outdoor common mailbox area within the tower to promote interaction between residents.
